I'm Dr. Beth Torres, the Founder and CEO of Apexium Growth
With a PhD in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and 25+ years helping companies, I’ve built award-winning teams, coached sales orgs into 300%+ growth, and helped transform chaotic operations into lean, efficient systems. I’ve worked with scrappy small businesses and global giants across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, retail, transportation, and the public sector. I'm a published author of Growthable (available on Amazon), teach undergraduate business, leadership, and economics, and speak at events that value insight over buzzwords.
I live in Colorado with my husband. We have a blended family of four grown kids, and a home full of fur thanks to two dogs, a cat, and one very opinionated rabbit.
