ABOUT ME
I'm Beth, the Founder of Apexium Growth
With an MBA, a PhD (almost!) in Organizational Leadership, and over two decades helping companies, I’ve built award-winning teams, coached sales orgs into 300%+ growth, and helped transform chaotic operations into well-oiled machines. I’ve worked with scrappy small businesses and global giants across industries like technology, manufacturing, retail, transportation, and the public sector. Rebuilding leadership trust, turning strategy into execution, and rescuing failing projects are a few of my key strengths. I teach undergraduate business, leadership, and economics, publish thought leadership that doesn’t sound like corporate wallpaper, and speak at events that value insight over buzzwords.
I live in Colorado with my husband. We have a blended family of four grown kids, and a home full of fur thanks to two dogs, a cat, and one very opinionated rabbit.
